The vision of elegant vintage and western culture created a unique ceremony and reception that encompassed both styles with an array of one of a kind elements. A beautiful sunset graced the golden hills of June and the stars shined bright in a clear summer sky and 140 guests danced in the tin barn until the cows came home. A skull of a favorite Texas Longhorn family legacy was elegantly decorated with luscious floral on the arch and the ceremony provided views of the forest and the valley. The bride arrived in an all original turquoise 1952 Chevrolet truck. Cocktail hour was hosted by the historic wood barn where vintage furniture created an elegant and cozy lounge for guests under bistro lighting that provided a romantic setting under the stars. Guests sipped pink signature cocktails with a colorful citrus garnish and whiskey in crystal glassware. The bride collected crystal decanters for the bar and candy dishes with Italian lemon drop candies were throughout. Vintage lace was collected over the years and decorated the welcome table and reception tables. The bride and groom designed a cattle brand using their initials which was branded on leather ear tags that were tied to napkins for each place setting.
